A few years ago, someone asked me a question that stopped me cold: “If nothing changes in five years, where will you be?” My gut response was brutal and honest: “I don’t know if I’ll even be here.” At the time, I was in a dark place—burnt out, drinking too much, stuck in people-pleasing patterns, and terrified of conflict. I was walking on eggshells in every part of my life, saying yes when I wanted to say no, and living a version of myself that felt small and unsustainable. That woman wouldn’t have survived.
What pulled me out was coaching. Working with my coach over two years gave me the tools I needed to change how I experienced life. The biggest lesson? Learning how to trust—myself, my choices, and my ability to handle whatever came my way. I learned how to stop spiraling when conflict came up, how to say no without guilt, and how to actually feel emotions without letting them wreck me for days. I could be sad without being swallowed by sadness. I could be angry without it running my entire day. That experience was so transformative that it inspired me to train and become a coach myself.
I’m a Banff-based holistic life coach and practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Emotional Change Technique, and Hypnosis. I’ve layered these skills with intuitive energy practices, unconscious mind work, and years of personal development to create a coaching approach that goes deeper.
